Supercar System to support the Enviate program as title sponsor and engine package supplier for the 2021 racing season.
2021 will see the Enviate team applying for entry at Pikes Peak, with Paul Gerrard behind the wheel of the Enviate Hypercar Evolution. Gerrard drove the first Enviate to a 2nd place Unlimited Class finish, while setting a 2017 speed record of 147mph through the Picnic Grounds. The 2021 Enviate Pikes Peak run will be powered by a Stage 5 Supercar System engine, capable of over 3000HP. These engines are a full Billet 427 V8, based on LS3 architecture, and fully water jacketed to be able to properly cool the engine.
The #002 Enviate features all new chassis design and components derived from years of experience up on Pikes Peak. An SADEV 6 speed sequential gearbox will be employed using paddle shifting. Haltech will control the Garrett Motion turbocharged drivetrain, while RPS Carbon carbon brakes will stop the HRE Wheels repeatedly on the 156 corner, 12.42 mile course that is Pikes Peak.
